Marek Magierowski

מארק מגירובסקי נולד בשנת 1971. הוא סיים לימודים היספניים באוניברסיטת אדם מיצקביץ' בפוזנן. עבד ככתב, עורך ובעל טור במשך למעלה מ -20 שנה. בין יתר תפקידיו, שימש כסגן ראש הדסק הכלכלי בעיתון 'גזטה וויבורצ'ה', ראש הדסק לענייני חוץ והמדור העסקי של השבועון 'ניוזוויק פולסקה', והיה סגן העורך הראשי של פורום. בשנים 2006-2011 שימש בתפקיד סגן העורך הראשי של העיתון 'רפובליקה'  (Rzeczpospolita) . הוא כתב טור קבוע בנושא מדיניות חוץ עבור השבועונים Uważam Rze ו  .Do Rzeczy- באוקטובר 2015 עזב את העיתונות כדי לעבוד בנציגות של נשיא הרפובליקה הפולנית כמומחה לדיפלומטיה ציבורית. בהמשך מונה לראש משרד העיתונות של לשכת הנשיא. מיוני 2017 עד מאי 2018 שימש כמזכיר המדינה במשרד החוץ. מארק מגירובסקי משמש כשגרירה של רפובליקת פולין במדינת ישראל מאז 25 ביוני 2018

Marek Magierowski was born in 1971. He graduated from Hispanic Studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He worked as a reporter, editor and columnist for over 20 years. He was, among others, deputy head of the economic desk in Gazeta Wyborcza, head of the foreign affairs desk and the business section of the weekly Newsweek Polska, deputy editor-in-chief of Forum. In 2006-2011 he was deputy editor-in-chief of Rzeczpospolita. He wrote a regular column on foreign policy for the weeklies Uważam Rze and Do Rzeczy. In October 2015, he left journalism to work for the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland as an expert on public diplomacy and then was appointed Head of the Press Office of the Chancellery of the President. From June 2017 to May 2018 he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Marek Magierowski has been Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the State of Israel since June 25th, 2018
