כיהנה בתפקיד ראשת מינהל נשים ויועצת ראש העירייה בהרצליה.

בתפקידה כיועצת הבכירה של מנכ"לית משרד החינוך, היתה שותפה להקמת "אתנה" - הפרוייקט הלאומי לקידום נשים בספורט.

בשנת 2017 נבחרה ע"י משרד החוץ האמריקאי לייצג את ישראל, בתוכנית בינלאומית לקידום מנהיגות IVLP.

נשואה לנוי ואמא לשלושה בנים.

In her role as senior advisor to the director general of the Ministry of Education, she was a partner in the establishment of "Athena" - the national project for the advancement of women in sports. In 2017, she was selected by the US State Department to represent Israel in an international IVLP leadership promotion program. Married to Noy and mother of three sons.
