שמי פאיז מנסור, בן 71 , נשוי לאשתי הנרייט, אב לשלושה בנים וסבא לחמישה נכדים. משמש כיום יו"ר עמותת גורגיוס הקדוש האורתודוקסית ברמלה, שהיא עמותה המייצגת את הקהילה הנוצרית האורתודוקסית ברמלה המונה כ- 2500 נפשות והבעלות על שלושה גנים בגיל הקדם יסודי, בית ספר יסודי ותיכון המונים יותר מ- 770 תלמידים. מוסדות החינוך פועלים במסגרת משרד החינוך במעמד מוסדות מוכרים לא רשמיים.
בעבר הייתי מחנך ומנהל בית ספר במשך 35 שנים, יו"ר הנהלת מתנ"ס קלור לאוכלוסיה הערבית בעיר וחבר מועצת עיריית רמלה לשעבר למשך שתי קדנציות וחצי.
My name is Fayeze Mansour, I am 71 years of age, married to Henriette, a father of three and a grandfather of five. I currently serve as the chairman of the Orthodox Church of St. George in Ramla, which represents the Orthodox Christian community in Ramla numbering about 2,500 people and owning three kindergartens in pre-primary, primary and secondary school with more than 770 students. These establishments are all operating under the Ministry of Education as Unofficial recognized institutions.In the past, I was an educator and school principal for 35 years, chairman of the management of the Clore Community Center for the Arab population in the city and a former member of the Ramla City Council for two and a half terms
